Default need help with wheels

Ok i am trying to decide here between four wheels. I wanted to do 17" konig blatants or heliums in black but they have a +40 offset and i am told ill rub, is this true, im lowered 2 inches too. So then i decided 16" rota subzero or attacks in black and they have a +40 offset, will i be ok?. What do you all think would look and WORK best with my hatch. Also is +45 on 17s bad too?

my hatch 1998

look into the album that says updated, thats what it looks like right now. thanks

I am lowered 2 inches and i have 17x7 with a 40 offset. I rubbed a little bit in the front until i got my fenders rolled. Now I only rub on serious bumps.

imho 17's on a civic look completely rediculous... go with NOTHING more than 16's... i agree fully.. 17's suck..

**not to hijack the thread but**

do you really think they look good on civics??? i always thought wow they are just a little too big.. and anything above that (18,19 whatever) is just absurd... i mean i KNOW its all just personal taste... but i really dont think they look good on econobox cars... MAYBE the newer civics (7th gen)...
