Default 94 civic

aight fella's I need some help here. I am about to purchase a 94 honda civic ex. Car has been keep in the best condition possible exterior and interior wise. The only thing that is wrong with the car is when you are driving it is real dam hard to turn the dam steering wheel. Now i am not to sure what that is so i can have it repaired after purchase. Some of my guesses would be the power steering pump is shot or the steering rack is going. I could really use some quick help on this situation you know. Also if anyone can kinda guess what the going rate to fix a problem like this would be. Thanks and appreciations in advance

power steering is for pussys... thats why its called "man"ual steering.

sounds like the p/s pump is out, or all the fluid leaked out. it could be a bit pricey to fix. just swap the motor and leave the power steering off h:

go take another look at the car and when you pop the hood look at the power steering resevoir if there is non in it you know its the fluid or the pump but if its full you know there is more to it than that
