Internally, not much.
A B16B has a deck height similar to a Type R Integra, meaning a B16B can be easily stroked to 1.8 Liters with ITR Internals.
A B16B has different, higher compression pistons, and stronger rods and whatnot, but the overall diameter, and rod/stroke is similar, just slightly beefier.
A word of warning... Anyone can say that anything is where you can't see it, so make sure you're buying what he says you are.
