Default Is it worth it

one of my friends is looking at a 94 civic, the girl wants like 2500 for it and im not sure if its a good price, i personally wouldnt buy it, but tell me what you think.
94 civic Ex
white coupe ( alittle rust in usual spots)
126,000 miles
auto

i think its to high, and its an auto. oh it also needs a new timing belt.

Clean title? How's the interior? Seems like an alright price if it's in good condition and the title is clean.

That's a pretty decent deal.. Worth it if you plan on going hybrid.

Just remember when you want to swap, it is a little more expensive and more work for an automatic.

the shop I go to charges $500+engine for the swap and $50 for the tranny conversion

he isnt planning on getting a swap, i think the interior is alright but the front bumber is held on by a string so im guessing she hit something. i know i wouldnt buy it, especially because its not a stick.

2500 would be an excellent price... even w/o the timing belt.. :thumbup:

converting 5th gen auto's to manual = not fun
i'd pass on any civic that doesn't fit your requirements
