Default Dash component lights?

Does anyone know how to change all the lights on the dash?(Air conditioner controller lights, gauge lights, clock etc.) I'd appreciate instructions.

Well with out knowing the year I can't help you but on my 5th gen I painted all the gauge cluster blubs amber for the bmw-ish look. I used Krylon amber paint and it doesn't look half bad. I found out how to do it by get a shop manual for my 92 Civic.

Not to hard just use a lot of coats on the blubs.

If I redo it with this cluster or an Integra cluster I'm going to use LEDs. If I don't get a JDM Cluster of some sort.

This however is an easy, cheap and good looking mod.

I have a 95 Civic sedan. Do you have step by step instructions?

The gauge cluster is easy to remove. There's 2 screws on top of the plastic bezel surrounding it, another screw behind the hazards button (pop it out with a flat head screw driver and un plug it.) Carefully pull the whole bezel out, it just snaps out. Un plug the clock if you have one.
The gauge cluster is exposed now. Take out the 4 screws, 2 on either side. Pull it out and unplug the connectors. Bring it somewhere to paint. Now you want the blubs with the brown bases, their's 7-9 I believe can't remember for sure. Lay them on some news paper and start coating them with the Krylon amber paint, you'll have to do one side at a time and once one side is done flip them over.
Installation is the opposate of removal. All the screws are a #2 Phillips. Good luck!

For the clock, remove the screws holding it to the bezel and snap it apart, be careful not to lose the buttons. Mask it up with tape and you can't paint it with the Krylon paint, there by making an amber clock. Give it a few coats. I did my friends, used around 4-6 coats.

Hope that helps
