In a no fault accident you both go to your own insurance companies, much like a comprehensive claim.
No Fault accidents are very rare, but they happen.
My friend recently had one on a motorcycle, getting hit head on by a Van. It was ruled no fault and he went to his insurance, they went to theirs, that was that.
Thing was, he had liability only -- so it wasn't covered.
On topic here though;

what sucks even more if you dont have full coverage since he might have but its a no fault, which sucks. fl is a no fault when hit from the rear only, you hit someone from behind its yO fault.
can you take it to court and appeal it?

i doubt i will get anything from my company because i only have liability but i did talk to the insurance company and they are already fighting amongst each other to try and get a 50-50 kinda deal so i am at least compensated for something partially

Sucks about your car, i'd be pissed off as hell if someone hit my car and totalled it, plus I hate being in car accidents. Hopefully your wrist will heal soon.
Look on the bright side, you can move on to something newer and better now. If my civic got totalled, first thing i'd do is go out and buy either a new WRX, a used GSR, celica GTS, or an RSX.

That sucks Nick, sorry to hear it. Look on the bright side though, now you don't have to deal with that auto/manual swap. Still, sucks, hope your feeling better soon. I was at HD the other day while they were wiring up that GS-R swap. Seems like a decent car, but you should consider finding something with A/C and power steering for your daily driver (gets annoying after a while). Seeya.
