in the sea of tegs and civics, im glad we stand out. WE, meaning the lil 2 seaters with the wind in our hair. i dont care if people think we have girly cars, its always fun to be the underdog. i had a 240/silvia try to race me and we were even enough to where it depended on who had the jump. the passenger told the driver of the nissan to " man, just smoke this miata" to thier suprise, they cant walk this girly car! :fawk:

ps, im not lost, i wanna biuld a del sol for the gf but she just blew the miata, new motors going in tommorrow! who hoo! i like this site, not that usual mud slanging site. i think ill stay and call it my own. :thumbup:

 

I might be getting a del sol soon and it's going ot be my project car. For sure that it;s not a girls car.

 

A Del Sol has lots of potential and can be a real sleeper. I say go for it, forget what your friend says.

 

I drive one of the two hooked-up del sol's that I've seen in my area, and some people do make remarks, but they always look pretty stupid when they can't take my dohc vtec.

I'm a little ashamed of hearing any girl say that somethingis boy/girl. That is so 1950's. I love my del sol as much as any guy could.
