They stole your WIPER RELAY? That is some low-down thieving.
The wiper/hazard relay is squarish, looks like a plastic ice cube, and is located down in the underdash fusebox area. If it's gone, you'll notice it being missing. Luckily, they are very VERY cheap (about $3), and super easy to replace. Good luck!

no no they stole my manual ... and my WD40 but that's not the point. i looked under the dash but the only relay i see aound the fuses is the blinker relay. there should be one for the wiper too ... right?
