S2K drivetrain. NSX drivetrain has been done in a CRX. Not sure about a S2K drivetrain though.

two Turbo H22's( front and rear)
AWD(from a Crv)
chop the top( like the old merc lead sleds)

or
Connect two s2000 engines togeher in either a Inline 8 or V8(common crank)
convert to rwd
leave the rest of the body as stock as possible( the ultimate sleeper!!!!)

Agreed. That would be wicked, although theres something about dropping a domestic engine into an import that makes me feel nautious (sp) Definately make it RWD or AWD, try for the sleeper look though. (if thats even possible with putting in a Viper V10... )

ok guys, rotary is out of the question. no one that has anything to do with the car likes dealing with rotary engines, yes thay make bags of power but for some reasion no one wants to deal with them... as far as I know im the only persion that has any first hand wrench time on a rotary and I dont like them...

im going to have to agree with honda_pilot the thought of a domestic engine makes me sick.

so far the only AWD systems that we have looked at is the WRX drive train. I have been having a hard time finding specs on the tranny and the drive shafts(even tho I know the owner of the local Subaru dealer)... I never thought of a CRV witch would be cheaper and easyer to get...

S2000 we have already talked about and its going to be hard to find one that has been wrecked and we really dont want to poor $$,$$$ into just the rear end and driveshafts to buy them from honda. it has been talked about and it might come to that

these are great brain storming ideas, thanks and keep them rolling

Bumnah, its not so much that thay arnt good engine ideas its the way you put it that got under my skin... big block=domestic(no) skyline & supra=in line 6(not that much room in the car there would be a **** load of stretching the frame and then everything has to be changed as well) the others are good and are on the drawing board...

This guy is talking unlimited budget and you guys want a TT H22A? That would be so easy compaired to what they could do, and not very special anymore since H-series bolt in kits already exist.

If rotary engines are out of the question... damn.
