Also, he doesn't have to return them for 9003s. In fact, he should check the bulb...chances are, the bulb may have BOTH 9003 and H4 marked on the bulb. I've seen Sylvania bulbs in Autozone in both 9003 and H4 packaging, and some of the bulbs had both markings on the base. They are exactly the same except for the packaging in most cases. Sometimes there's even a price difference where one is a dollar or so cheaper than the other. Go to your local auto parts store and check out the automotive and motorcycle headlight section.
