its pretty easy, as long as the bolts through the rear shock arent frozen inside the bushings, if they are its a PAIN IN THE ASS. i have a 95 and mine were stuck, had to cut shock off, cut bolt off, take bushing out, heat it up, use a punch to push that out, and than put it all back together with the new shock. if you dont have a good torch, you wont be able to do it..
if your not going to do shocks, than you can do that front and rear coilovers even if the bolt is frozen, just losen the control arm, swing it down, and put the coilovers on underneath the car.
and just so you know, she WILL need shocks.

Yeah, like he said, as long as there are no frozen bolts, its very easy. I would spray down all the bolts with WD 40 and let it sit overnight, then attack it the next day.

cheap coilovers will ride like sh!t and blow the shocks in no time.... it'd be better to stick to a quality set of springs

well, im not gonna put them on w/o doing aftermarket shocks. i have ridden in a civic with these coilovers and it was a much better ride than my prelude with neuspeed springs and tokico shocks. so i would have to disagree with u there.

I wouldn't buy 'cheap' coilovers. H&R, Skunk2, GC or if you can afford TEIN.

Sportlines was a good choice but your ****ty ride was because of your choice of shocks. I don't know if you already knew that but Tokicos blow
