its pretty easy, as long as the bolts through the rear shock arent frozen inside the bushings, if they are its a PAIN IN THE ASS. i have a 95 and mine were stuck, had to cut shock off, cut bolt off, take bushing out, heat it up, use a punch to push that out, and than put it all back together with the new shock. if you dont have a good torch, you wont be able to do it..
if your not going to do shocks, than you can do that front and rear coilovers even if the bolt is frozen, just losen the control arm, swing it down, and put the coilovers on underneath the car.
and just so you know, she WILL need shocks.
