yes.

it's less turns click to click with the power steering rack.
more turns on the manual rack.

most people perfer the power steering rack with the lines for the power steering running into each other, so the fluid is still in there but there is no pump or anything.

i wanna ditch the power steering rack completely. mainly cause it'll be hard to turn the power steering rack at lower speeds so parallel parking would be annoying and stuff.

the manual rack is much easier to turn.
