Default rear tie bar or sway bars?

I want to up grade the rear suspension on my 99 hb. When I go over bumps while in a turn the rear end waggles fro side to side. Do I need a rear tie bar or a sway bar or both to fix the problem? Will one fix the problem or is that just a characteristic of civics?

suspension techniques rear sway bar
neuspeed rear lower tie bar
kyb agx on 6/8 setting
Eibach Pro Kit springs

the struts and sway bar definetely made the difference. i didnt notice much with the tie bar.

get ur asss pierced like steve-o on jackasss

a rear sway bar wont "tighten" up the rear. it just makes the car more neutral, with less understeer.

a rear under tie bar is a joke, unless ur running a hard core rear sway bar and need to reinforce the mounts

What do I need to do to help out the waggle? If both of these won't help, then what will?

the sway bar will fix the waggle. it waggles becuse there is no sway bar in the back and the right and left wheels are doing wutever they want when ever they want. u put a sway bar in and both sides will both compress and decompress at the same time instead of at different times(waggle)
