civics are junk. so far, i have changed the dist cap, rotor button, ignition coil, pickups in the dist., plugs and wires, and lower half of the dist. well, now the damn car wont even start. before it would die while at a stop light. 2 nights ago it ran perfect. now we get up this morning and it wont even start. it cranks but wont start. wtf else is there to look at? i hate this ****ing car..btw: its a 92 dx 4dr auto

im not a female. of course i have gas. i do believe i would know if i didnt have gas. anyone got any helpful suggestions?

 

its an auto get rid of it anyway.

Did you take the distributor off? If so, you may have put it back on with the rotor turned around... I had the same problem just recently.

Has it always run like this or did you just get it?

 

mine runs perfect.. 115k miles too.. they are definately not junk..

Have you checked timing,did you check fire after all the change out,are you still getting fuel?

 

maybe you dont know what your doing, and should leave it to someone that does, maybe its you STARTER

im rolling with 160K and with regular maintance, my bish is still rolling, HARD.

 

Ya man, your car won't just work one night and quit the next morning if you haven't touched it unless you messed with it or someone f'd with your car....

 

cars arn't as good when they're 10+ years old. Maybe you should take better care of it.
