doing 62 in a 35, the cop made a guess but he was pretty much dead on b'cuz i lookd at the speedo as soon as i saw him (it was too late to slow down obviously).

my dad says i cant drive the car AT ALL till august 3, my court date. do you think i should fight it? i'm 16 btw. on the box that says radar, it wasnt checked, maybe i can claim i was goin slow if the officer doesnt show up?

the road i got caught on was like, totally flat for a mile, 6 car lanes wide and they set the limit at 35. WHY ME WHY ME

 

pay more attention.....

and don't bother fighting it yourself, just get a lawyer to take care of it for you (judges don't really like teenagers that speed ).

i was in the back pack of cars and was goin with the flow of traffic, i guess the cop thought i was catcin up with them

just take traffic school and learn your lesson

my dad says cuz of my ticket, my insurance will go up at least a grand a year, and if i get another, some companies wont even sell me any. and now i have to bum rides from my sister and friends for summer school too. biggy

 

yeah, expect your insurance to go up.. a lot. this is also why civic's insurance are always so high, because of newbies :fawk:

 

when you take traffic school the ins comp never gets word of your ticket and your premium will not increase

I KEEP THINKING ABOUT THIS. hte cop was on the other side of the road, he saw me, took a u turn, and said i was goin 62. . . . .but on the ticket he said no radar was used . . .. . .
