Why wold you want to do this in the first place. The only difference is that the GSR as all Integras that are like 94+ have rear disc brakes. If all your needing is the rear disc conversion my best friend has one laying around off his 6th gen that he had a totalled due to a front end collision. Hes also go the coilovers for the front struts. As far as how much it would cost to install them. I would guess about 200 bucks but its a very easy swap, its all direct bolt in.
