If I can run 15.8 in a near-stock Focus, I can't imagine running any slower than that in my 1998 EX coupe. They're very similar performers – and the EX has better gearing. I bet I could run at least 15.7 in my EX. I do have a little bit of experience though.
i never found a ex with bolt ons any faster than me, i always pull on them ALWAYS.

intake makes you lose low end. There's a reason I took mine off h: Well, two

OPINION

bolt-ons are not economical. I care not for them, except with power, but thats my excuse for not spending the money on them. I rather not do engine work to a lousy engine. h:

I guess I should rephrase myself:

Bolt-ons make ME sound cool h:

I dunno, I'm going to deep in these posts. I should stop getting on HAN when I'm high h:

What year civic ex??? that matters a ton, 93-95 are the lightest and stock should run high 16's, probably 16.5 - 16.9, 96 or above stock probably low 17's to mid 17's, and theres no way with just and I/H/E you would run 15's. never seen it happen and i got to races.... but maybe you guys have a good good good good good driver, i mean better than professionals..but no way 15's...sorry but I/H/E won't give you that much faster.
