Someone on here has to have I/H/E on their EX that's run a few times … I've got I/H/E but I haven't run this car yet.

I have I/E on my '98 Civic EX and I was also wondering what times I might run. My guess would be mid 16's to very high 15's. IMO. Too slow for me though,

I don't think you'll be hitting high 15's even if your a great driver. Realistically speaking, you'll get mid-high 16's.

Okay – I had a five-speed Ford Focus ZX3 with exhaust, a drop-in K&N air filter, and an underdrive pulley. Other than removing the spare tire, no weight reductions. I ran 15.8 on stock 16" wheels and tires.

If I can run 15.8 in a near-stock Focus, I can't imagine running any slower than that in my 1998 EX coupe. They're very similar performers – and the EX has better gearing. I bet I could run at least 15.7 in my EX. I do have a little bit of experience though.
