Well, my cousin has a base RSX, WW body kit, 18's, 3" B&G drop, PS2, custom leather interior, Sony TV, etc. He has a cybernatiosn turbo kit and he is running mid to high 13's at 9psi. The kits quality is pretty crappy (manifold & piping design) but it's fast. A very awesoem car. Prior to the turbo he had a 50 shot of Zex and ran mid 14's. I say screw the civic and get the RSX if you can.
