Default Material used to stick emblems

What type of glue is used to stick emblems on cars? I took my Honda emblem off my front grill and want to stick it on my hood instead since I got a CTR grill now.

Thanks

3M makes a very thin but very stick double sided tape. Also you can get emblem glue at Pep Boys or Autozone.

Thin tape? or glue type of material?

My H has holes in it, it's not one of those aftermarket emblems with a colored background.
so I need thin strips of tape/glue

I meant 3M Double Sided stick foam tape. The same stuff they use to hold your body kits on your car
