All 6th gen Civics have holes in the LCAs to accept swaybar endlinks. If you use the GSR swaybar, the D bracket mounts may not line up with the holes in the chassis, in which case you would need to drill. If they do line up, you will still need to use Si endlinks, since GSR ones bolt up differently. You could use all Si parts, and they'll all bolt up. You would need the bar, bushings, D brackets, bracket mounts, endlinks, and nuts/bolts.
