hey i dont know if i can find one out of the salvage yard but i thought id ask. im trin to find a sol body (no engine) i need the body windows wheels and brake system thats it everything else is going to be fabricated. but i dont want to spend more than 800-1000 bucks on it, but if anyone knows of one than please let me know, and i can have the car trailered if its out of state so thats not a problem. thanx

Sounds cool to me. I too had thought about picking up a wrecked Sol for a cool/wild/crazy/silly idea. But it would be too expensive for my blood.

 

well if i had to actually buy everything for this project it too would be expensive, but between me and her we could fabricate a friggin working space shuttle out of tooth picks and super glue

I just remembered that I know the guy that has Chowbox's old 97 sol vtec chassis. It's sitting in his garage with no engine, and a messed up fender and a scrape on the door. Let me know if you want to get ahold of him.
