You can tighten the mounting brackets on the top. go to www.teamdelsol.com and go to the tech section. Or , if you dont want to. Just take off the plastic trim on the back pillars, and the sun visors. Then un do, the bolts that hold up the mounting brakcets for the top. then put (1) washer under each bolt, between the mounting bracket and the frame. do that all the way around. tighen them all back up and put the top on. then notice how evenly it sits with the front and back part of the roof, looks much better i think. i also used the rubber gel stick at the same time, and now my roof is tighter, no squeaks, frame is tighter, and no leaks yet. im pretty happy with it.
good luck

Default Tightening Roof

I am experiencing a roof leak too. I even tightented the roof, and it was fine for a while, but now, my seat is absorbing water, and I have a big wet spot on my a**! I think I will replace the seals, so there won't be anymore problems...I hope.
