can u take a pic of the new intake installed how it is now and post it?

did u check all vacum lines tps sensor iacv all plugs are accounted for to correct position and did you put a throttle body gasket on when u put the tb on the new intake? that can cause idle issues and other problems

I may be wrong, but air in the coolant lines will make the idle surge. Since you swaped the intake mani, and that has coolant lines to/from, air probably got into the system.

true this can also happen from map sensor sometimes.... just run it with the rad cap off for about 15 mins...

one way to check also for vacum leak is while its running spray starting fluid on the vacum lines and inspect closly it will bog a little if any gets sucked in and u will see the bubbles get sucked in.... u can repair from there

good luck
