Just from my personal experience. If you have an extreme drop stay away from the canister type exhausts, i.e. Tanabe Racing Medallion, 5Zigen Fireball, Apex'i N1, because it's really easy to drag it, not just the tip, but the whole canister. I'm not even dropped that low and I occasionally drag it on my driveway or unfamiliar parking lots.

Try to find one that's all stainless steel, those are nice. And find one with a tone you can stand. Too loud and you'll get harrassed by the 5-0.

I have a Tanabe Racing Medallion. I love it, but admittedly it is very loud. However it does come with a silencer which makes it very quiet, almost stock at idle.

You could get an Apexi World Sport (ws). I have heard nothing bad about this exhaust.
