If you want an exhaust that's pretty loud. I'd suggest a universal muffler or just an axle back exhaust. Those are pretty loud to begin with and they'll fall within your budget.

go with the greddy evo, cuz it will help out a lot when u drop ur car. plus it sounds nice too. however... acceratioin might be slower due to larger piping... but once u get past 4omph... then it's smooth sailing....
