Honestly, if he's giving you $5000s toward the car, but won't let you do performance stuff to it, then take that money plus whatever money you were going to spend on the car, and buy something faster....like a GS-R or something. If you're not going to put money into performance in your civic, its going to be slow....stock Civics are slow cars, no getting around it. Pick yourself up something faster. Stock verses stock, an Integra (especially a GS-R) will out performe a Civic in most aspects.

 

use the $5000 and paint it a different color. Black is horrible to maintain :thumbup:

Swap the engine your dad can't see that. Get a stck looking exhaust with big resonator so it doesn't make any noise. There's always ways around your parents, trust me

if no performance mods. there isn't even a poitn to touching your civic....cuz the poitn of a civic is to start slow and end up fast... not stunna style
