Just keep your foot on the gas. Set it then back off.

It works for me.

it think thats how they all are. my moms breeze does it, my 240sx did it, my si did it, my ex did it....if the cruise on my mustang worked it'd probably do it too

ya it just takes a few seconds for the servo to wind in the cable. i thought it was a problem too because i was used to driving my moms jetta. with that car the CC come on right away, its way better. its cause that car has an electronic throttle. none of this throttle cable crap. :fawk:

and I thought my CC wasn't working, but I never waited for it to kick in :dunno:
