i'll never buy something off of ebay again
Its happened to me, though my product wasnt as expensive. When i shop on EBAY, i try to stick to the sellers who run their own stores....that way they have other people worknig for them, and the transfer is much more professional.
Everything I've bought and sold has usually gotten off without a hitch. I did have someone not pay and had to leave a negative rating.

3 weeks isn't very long. Be patient.
Also, check out http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAP...mberSearchShow and eBay will email you his phone number and address that they have on file. He will get your information, also. This will let the seller know that you're serious about receiving your rims.
Good luck.

Yeah, i got a body kit from ebay one time, and the dude sent all 4 pieces in ONE huge box, with no stuffing or packaging or anything. Ended up cracking the one side skirt. I left it alone, cause it too over a MONTH to get.. And to this day i dont even want it now, and want to sell it.
Dont email him anymore. Give him a call. If you go back to the auction page and click on the link "Checkout Summary" you can get their address and phone number. Give him a call and ask what the status is. If there isn't a phone number then call information to his number. You already paid so there isn't an excuse why you dont have the wheels yet.
