Default HELP - Lower Motor Mount Bolts Just Spin

New to me 1996 civic and doing timing belt. Lower mount is trashed so got a replacement. I cannot get the bolts that go up into the fran rail out. One feels like it broke and just spins. The other is giving me a ton of resistance with a breaker bar anf feels to do the same shortly. Anyone have solution and if I cannot get this done, is it safe to get this to a shop once the timing belt job done? Thanks.

sounds like the welded nut on the inside broke the weld. If you are a pretty handy guy with a welder and a cutting wheel/torch/plasma cutter I can give you a decent step by step. IF not than I would prob. recomend your first suggestion of taking it to a shop.
