Ok look, here is my deal. I drive a 95' Honda Civic LX, 1.5 lit. I blew the Bi*ch. I am not looking to upgrade to a better motor. Such as a GSR motor 1.8 lit. A B16A1, D16Z6, or B18 series. Im really not sure what to do seeing that ive never done it before. The body of the car is in to good of shape to trash so i need to swap. Though money is a issue. I do want to stay below 4 grand. I no a lot of people that can get me any motor that i need. But i would like to know what else i need to get, any good places to go and check out? Cost? PLEASE HELP I am in the Kansas City Area.

 

A D16Y8 completely fresh is about $800 on eBay, with a $200 or so frieght charge, but you get that back when they get your old motor.
