somethings up with my clutch.
Well, I have an ACT 6 puck unsprung in my car. I thought I heard rod knock and started to get rather pissed off. It was audible at idle and matched the revs of the engine. So I thought about it for a while and had my friend hold the clutch in and rev and the noise went away.
The car is starting to have a problem going into gear from a stop, when moving it's fine and still engages hard and there is no grinding from the transmission at all. I'm just wondering if anyones heard of this... it's probably the whole unsprung deal tearing my transmission a new asshole.

Yeah, the clutch still operates just fine, unnecessarily strong engagement still, good at chirping 4th.
I can't hear the noise while driving just at idle with the clutch engaged. As soon as you clutch in the noise stops.
So I'm thinking throwout bearing.. Now that I think about it it's like a 3 year old Dakan bearing. It looked kind of shitty when I put it back in.. I just didn't give a crap.
