Default brake issue!!

hi, i have a 98 civic ex coupe, my right side of my car got slided to the curb and hit the curb at around 20-25 km/h, would there be anything damaged?

also when i applied on the brakes, the 1st time, i need to stepped it in more, feel like no pressure on it, the 2nd time, feels normal, and sometimes is always like the 1st time(feel like no pressure). I just did major service on the car, brake fuild was flushed, all the brake components was serviced, still have 65% on the brakes. Does anyone know what the problem is?

This was the reason why i slipped to the curb too.

thanks you!!

There's probably air still in the lines. Bleed it again, WELL. Do it 5 or 6 times if necessary to get all the air out. Make sure the fluid level in the MC never drops below the MIN line while you're doing this.

Attach some plastic tubing to the bleeder valve on the caliper or drum and run it down to a clear container, have someone pump the brake pedal a couple times and then apply steady pressure, open the valve to let out any air that's in there, close the valve Do this for each corner in the following order: rear-right, front-left, rear-left, front-right. Repeat this process if necessary, until you see no more air coming out of the lines. Make sure the fluid level in the MC is good while you're doing this, and refill it to the MAX line when you're done.

If you still have a problem with the 1st pump it might be your brake booster is bad.

They could've done it improperly and let more air into the system. Take it back and complain, and have them re-bleed it.

My 98 sedan feels the same way. I think it is just normal for that year.

frame and suspension probably, besides the obvious, and expect some strange rust patterns if you dont have the body straightened.
