Attach some plastic tubing to the bleeder valve on the caliper or drum and run it down to a clear container, have someone pump the brake pedal a couple times and then apply steady pressure, open the valve to let out any air that's in there, close the valve Do this for each corner in the following order: rear-right, front-left, rear-left, front-right. Repeat this process if necessary, until you see no more air coming out of the lines. Make sure the fluid level in the MC is good while you're doing this, and refill it to the MAX line when you're done.
