There was actually a better article on a website I found a few years ago that explained why superwhite bulbs and blue bulbs are worse especially in bad weather. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to find it now.

currently have HID... :thumbup:

had following bulbs before getting HID...
1. PIAA Superwhite
2. Hiper Superwhite
3. Raybrig Racing Hyper Yellow ------> a lot better than the previous 2, especially in rainy and snowy days.

obviously, HID's the best! :thumbup:

I got them from www.autofreak.net awhile ago... dont know if they still have them. HTH

anyone know how those ion bulbs compare to OSRAM Silverstars? The OSRAM ones are supposed to be yellowish as well.

I think I've been swayed back in that direction....thats probably what I'll end up getting. From what I've heard, they're similar to stock color, but slightly whiter, and much brighter...sounds good to me.
