u stole my license plate idea...actually it started rattling when i just had it wedged in there so i just got some small suction cups from walmart and stuck em up there. I got pulled over a few times but always got a warning...

umm they are not parking permits.. they are hey cops i give you money cut me a break stickers... as im sure you probably know byt the funny face.. lol

i LOVE the license plate NOT in teh front.. i think it looks so much better not in the front...

the mesh grill question.. refer to the thread started with the question how to remove 96 grill its great.. i followed it and it was GOLDEN.. no problems.. a little tricky.. but cool

the infamous fog ligth question.. lol after careful thought i have decided to sacrafice them in favor of ht eULTRA clean smooth front end, i must admit i liked the fogs and was very happy.. but they are not worth the SICK SUPER clean look i think it has now.. loli want them license holes shaved as soon as i can.. i think it sooks so clean.. and YES im acting SLIGHTLY conceded.. i have just always felt the fron tof my car looked CHEAP.. and i feel i missed the SIMPLEST answer. and that is NOTHING looks teh best.. imho = )

once again thanks for all the feedback.. its really cool to be able to post your pics and catch feedback from others..

Turbo/ April 1999

Andrew Yang
Honda CRX
10.49 @ 137 mph
FWD 4 cyl (d15) 5 speed

Ed Bergonholtz did a few 10 second and 9 second passes....and lets not forget David Shih in the "silver bullet" CRX that hit 12's and 11's back in 1996-1997. NONE of these cars were street legal or even practical for daily driving.

Yes, your right 1.5 seconds is a long time in racing.

However some people do driver fast cars on the street but I don't think those cars would be good on the street at all.

As you said:

...you can only go so far on a SOHC VTEC before it becomes impractical. Spend all that money to make a SOHC to go 14's ...maybe 13's practical, you can just get a DOHC VTEC with minor mods. (Im talking in terms of having a daily driven car that is fast.)

Yeah. This is why I don't want to drop anymore money in my SOHC and save for a DOHC engine.

However I have had people say that my DX, with just intake and exhaust, is pretty quick for what it is.
