I just changed mine on my 93 civic and i ahd to take the spindle off and take it to a shop and get the hub pressed out, and then i had to get a new wheel bearing. They pressed the bearing, the studs, and the lower control arm ball joint ( i busted it using the wrong tool) and it cost my $90.
