By building a "ramp" to drive up on. Then you can fit any jack under there.

Rhino Ramps. They are ramps made of rhino liner material. My fathers friend owns a Rhino Liner business and I first saw them at his shop. They are just low enough for me to drive up on without ruining my lip. Now they have knock off brands at any auto store. But I only have a 1.5" drop. Other than that, the 2X4 route is the way to go.

my car just barely fits over the lifts at work (Dealership).. but ramps sound like what you need to do

My front will be entirely screwed if I used ramps. I have one of those "E-Z" up jacks that are the long and heavy ones with wheels, but they don't fit under my side skirts. When I had to change out my 13"s with a 1.8" drop, it was a nightmare... I had to use the OEM dinky thing and kept turning that thing till the sun set and rose...
