i hit a 15.8 on my d16 w/ full interior and full tank (first time to the track) and i know i could pull lower times but my clutch is holding me back. anyhow, i hit about 130 in 4th gear, but thats pushing is to 7400or so. also when you ran the 1/4 mile...why did you shift into 4th gear...you should hold 3rd gear. you said you shift to 4th at 95 i know you didnt run the 1/4 that fast. you have a d16 tranny no doubt though.

I don't doubt him at all. A 5G is very capable of 15s especially when stripped out like that. A stripped Civic can get a very good launch compared to a full interior one.

Many of you also fail to realize that track conditions are very crucial to good times.

Also, a 15.6 is not that much quicker than a 16.0
