But how many times have you come across a car at a stoplight or on I-5 and followed him 50 miles to the nearest twisties.
In the real world, it's all about straightline power unless you DO go to autox.

I'm very impressed by everything I've read about them personally. However, I would never buy one. I am an extremely open minded person when it comes to cars....I'm not some close minded import freak who thinks anything American is crap. I happen to like American cars (Saving up to buy a project Mustang). With that being said, I would never buy a neon...no matter how quick it is. From everything I have ever heard or read, Neons are one of the most unreliable, crappy cars out there. My friend sells Dodges, and he even says that neons are the biggest POSs out there. Granted, that car has a nice waranty with it, but even if your not paying for the repairs, it still sucks not being able to drive your car for days at a time. They are very impressive on paper, but I wouldn't buy one.
