Yeah, it sounds like the front is burned out. That is the car's way of letting you know.

Replace the signal relay,i think it is under the hood or dash,try switching the relays to see it anything changes,i would put my money on the relay

before disassembling anything....

CHECK the bulb first before anything. as already said the bulb is a DUAL filament. one of the filaments could be the culprit. it could be as simple as that.

Always start with the most basic, simplest solution first (change the bulb), then if that doesn't work, then look into more complicated solutions. No sense in changing relays and sh1t if you just had a burnt out filiament in your bulb.

I just encountered the same EXACT problem. I just went outside to take a look, turns out that when I tapped into my front corner for my aftermarket side-marker, the cold weather caused the electrical tape to harden and eventually fall off, the exposed wiring was being grounded to the chassis... hope this definitely solves your similar issue!

in most hondas when your signals go hyper-super speed, it means one of the filaments is burned out

just replace both left turn bulbs and it should go away, if not then your problem is way deeper than we thought (ie:wiring)
