Default HOnda emblems Ripped off

peeps I am back after being without internet access for about 2 months. I have a 2002 Honda CIvic Ex. I bought the glowing honda sign for the back and put a emblem that said honda powered vtec. Some dick thought he would use it for himself. So now I have that black nasty ruber and i cant get it off for nothing. Does anyone know a way to take this off?

I was going to use adhisive remover but thought it could damage the paint!

peaCe!

He did you a favor

As for the residue...try using some dental floss and get as much of it off as you can. Then go in there with a paint cleaner (I used Meguire's Step 1 Cleaner) to get the rest of it off.

maybe that 'goo gone' stuff would work, not sure how it is on paint though.

no...the Meguiar's stuff is clear coat safe. It basically is the first step before polishing and waxing.
