question about the agx kyb's, if you adjust it from the top, then does it automatically adjust that black knob n the side for you, or would one say its on one setting and the tp would say something different?

so the agx kyb's are adjustable from the top on the front one's, so on th rar ones yu have to adjust it fro te bottom? is that correct, wouldnt it just be easier to remove the panels than adjust them from the bottom?
