think of how many dead beat bidders and sh!tty sales go down on ebay everyday. you can type in civic and see auctions ending almost every minute. think about how many more auctions are on the entire site.

its sad but true. when people fawk you it'll take months to get repaid if you ever do. unless the other party made an honest mistake.
ebay will help you if you pay via ebay, (paypal or billpoint), other than that, sol.

The hell do you expect you are buying an item with a currency that you can't cancel. Anything is possible. E-Bay is a 50/50 chance if you get the item or not. If you can't buy it in the local stores then go buy through an Auction.

BTW this is an offtopic question.

I've got this little kick a$$ VBScript/ASP that randomly selects an email and a subject line and will send how ever many emails yoiu want to someone's email address if anyone wants it.... I did it to a guy on HT that pissed me off... It'll close a hotmail/aol/mail.com account real quick.

I hate internet trolls.. they should all be shot and hung up for eveyone to spit on.

Dam I'm bitter...

Yeah I got jacked by someone on HT too... I sent him a Fiber Images CF hood and he never sent me what he was supposed to.... it's hard though, because how are you supposed to know if they sent it at the same time as you? Next time I'm using an escrow service or making sure I know the person.

File a complaint on the federal fraud website(i can't remember the link but it's on ebay) . cashing that check without sending the goods over state lines is U.S. Mail and wire fraud which is a fedral offense. I bought a motor off of hybrid motorsports in Atlanta and got ripped off. Paypal, ebay, and the feds all helped me to get my money back. plus the guy was so scared he sent me an extra $400.00. They took the money directly out of his checking account when the amount became available. Oh, and I never dropped the federal complaint either but I'm not sure if anything happened. Although I am a collection manager by profession so I was able to handle it. he thought I would not be able to find him or his relatives. I can find anyone, even more so when I'm pissed. Always pay by credit card or paypal. And, a lawyer contacted me about someone else they ripped off on ebay and I gave them all their personal information. It turns out the guy was a minor so his dad was fully responsible. He sent me the extra $400.00 to keep charges from being filed on his son. I cashed the $400.00 money order and then told him to go **** himself. Let me know if I can help.

It's common sence none the less.

So we're now allowed to talk about random topics which are not part of the "Civic 1992+" forum? Yea maybee your right that talking about a case on E-Bay has everything to do with a Civic1992+ Vehicle.
