Where does this guy live

 

I got straight jacked for $330 for a carbon fiber hood. Bank doesn't give a sh!t...neither do the pigs. focker lives 19hrs from me.

everytime I look to buy something on the web now, I think about driving down and beating that guy with a rubber mallet. sad thing is I'm dead serious.

 

this guy lives somewhere in michigan. im supposed to get a call back from fedex on tuesday if not then i'll call them. im not sure if i got jacked yet, so we'll see. and its just a regular armrest from a 96-00 civic.

 

the little faggot is Mike Menikheim from Columbia, Maryland. Replied everyday till he cashed the check. gave me the run around for two or three weeks after check cleared with like one message per week. Finally quits responding, erases for sale ad, closes out aol email account.

I called the pigs in his hometown who said, "you need to come down here and fill out a police report...we don't do them over the phone" So now I'm supposed to drive 2000 miles to fill out some rinkydink police report. I explained the situation to which they replied, "well if his number is in the phone book we'll try giving him a call"

every time I think about it, I want to kill the dude. not in a pissed off talkin smack kinda way. in a drive down there and slam his pusy ass head under my hood until one of the two breaks kinda way.

seriously if I had to go out there it'd be like a 3 day drive and who knows how long of a stake out. plus if I go down there, I know I'll go to jail. another thought was to hyper-extend his shifting arm so that he can never drive stick again.

oh my gotdamn. the damn package was delivered to Norfolk, VA. Even after i called fedex. the fedex ppl had told me that it was a mistake and it would be re routed to me. i look at the tracking info today and it was delivered to VA. i call again today and the girl says that the package had a virginia address on it. fack@!

i know theyre not very nice to sellers, but id get fedex on my side if possible.

 

Post his EBAY feedback w/ alot of negative details. & give us his ebay ID so we can advoid.

Also check w/ EBAY ...I know they have alot of recourse that you can take when you are an auction participant.

 

WRONG.

ebay won't do sh!t but put him on watch for suspension. they aren't bill collectors and could care less.

think of how many dead beat bidders and sh!tty sales go down on ebay everyday. you can type in civic and see auctions ending almost every minute. think about how many more auctions are on the entire site.

its sad but true. when people fawk you it'll take months to get repaid if you ever do. unless the other party made an honest mistake.
