i won an auction for a center console armrest and paid right after the auction ended. the seller gave me a fedex tracking number the same day. i kept track of it for a week, the estimated delivery date was 10/17 and the destination was my city. Post his EBAY feedback w/ alot of negative details. & give us his ebay ID so we can advoid.
Also check w/ EBAY ...I know they have alot of recourse that you can take when you are an auction participant.
