For a '95, an actual tune up should include new plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and a valve adjustment. That's going by the book.

The valve adjustment labor might cost you a bit, otherwise it shouldn't be very expensive.

Normally a tune up would be done every 30k miles on that car. Again, that's by the book.

P.S. just FYI, the timing belt for that year should be replaced every 90k, so if you haven't had that done, and you're not sure when it was last replaced, I'd do that along with the tune-up (and you should replace the water pump at the same time as the belt).

id get a fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve and change the tranny fluid too if that hasnt been done either

you really shouldnt have to spend over a hundred bucks minus wires. the plug wires are what can be expensive. usually anywhere from 35-75 dollars its pretty much a brand/warranty preference

other than the valve adjusment or maybe the pcv valve...you grab a helms manual or even the chilton...and you can really save some dough if you try doing them your self...is really not that hard changing the distributor cap and rotor, let alone the plugs...mad easy...if you got two hands...you definitely can do it!!...and for the tranny fluid all you need is a set of ramps to jack up the car!
