Well I noticed this happens more when its cold out (nite) but its been going on for at least 2 years just not as bad as of recent. I have a new batt too BTW, but today for the first time it did not start. I go to turn the key and hear buzzing from under the dash left side. Usually turns over but not today. Think the starter may need a whack? If so where is it on a 96 civic? Any help much appreciated...

 

ignition switch or starter IMO take it to advanced they will test your strater for free... and go from there

 

thx bro, so push start it and go to advanced or pull the starter and bring it there?

 

you can always just turn the key on and jump the the wires on the starter with a screw driver till it starts... sorry it took so long to get back to you.. i dont check this forum often
