Default Security System Problem

I have an issue with my security system not working anymore. It worked when I unlocked the car. I drove it home and then hit the keyless entry button to lock the car and set the security. But it never beeped that the security was on and the red light indicator isn't blinking when it's off. It did lock the doors though. When I received the car I didn't get any manuals. (Which sucks)

I checked the fuses and they all seem to be alright. I guess what I'm looking for is if there some kind of way to reset the security system of the car so it works again. Maybe I disabled it somehow? I've been reading that there is a way to do it.

I have a stick 2003 Honda Civic Si.

Thanks!

Stock.

I'm taking it in tomorrow. It's still under warranty. I'll let them check it out.
